Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT)
MBCT combines cognitive behavioural techniques with mindfulness strategies to assist people with better understanding and managing of their thoughts and emotions, thus allowing them to achieve relief from distress.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
CBT is a short-term, problem-focused therapy that helps people understand the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and subsequent behaviours and ways to improve this dynamic.
Narrative Therapy works to separate the person from the problem. It helps people to rely on their previous learning to cope with life challenges. By assisting clients with transforming their life experiences into personal stories, clients are able to create meaning in their lives and develop personal agency.
Family Systems Therapy
Family Systems Therapy sees the family as an emotional unit and helps each person to see their role and impact in the family as a whole.
